Refund Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your Ines Mills purchase. 

Ines Mills jewelry is hand-crafted and most pieces are made to order.  

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Before shipping your item to us please email hello@inesmills.com for return approval. 

You will be expected to pay for shipping upon return unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We do not refund shipping costs. We recommend shipping all items through UPS, FedEx or USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue an exchange or store credit if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Your items must be returned in the original Ines Mills packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches and receipts. The items should be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. 

All special orders (including sized rings) and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
